The 2008 Squadron #39 Race League is underway!!
After the first 15 races, we are all chasing the Mad River Rockets and Long Trail Racing. It's not half way through the season yet, so there is still time to make some adjustments to your team(s) if needed. It's not too late!
You may have noticed that there are several SAL squadrons through out the state of VT that have participated this year. Each squadron in the Vermont was able to enter at no cost for a friendly competition between squadrons. If you belong to an SAL organization who is not participating, make sure to visit with others in your squadron and get us an entry for next year's league. As these are free entries, they are not eligible for any of the prize monies. Thus, if there is a squadron that places first for any given week, we will award the $30 to the highest-finishing, eligible team. This format will also hold for the year end prizes. We will have a trophy made separately for the SAL squadrons.
At the Daytona 500 party, we drew the following prizes:
- Bella Racing won the $30 Early Bird prize!
- Camara Racing won the 2 Tickets to the fall race at the New Hampshire International Speedway!
