Squadron #39 Race League

2012 League Rules:

 - Enter as many times as you would like, photocopy as needed.

 - Cost is a $30 donation.  All checks are to be payable to SAL Squadron 39.  Entries can be submitted directly at the J. Claire Carmody Post 39 Legion (Poultney) or mailed to Mark & Debbie Ballantine, 128 Lennox Rd, Poultney, VT 05764.

 - Teams will consist of exactly 8 drivers with a salary cap of no more than $8,000.  Teams will be accumulating points by for each DRIVER for this year’s league, regardless of what car he/she drives.

 -  Due to the number of part time drivers this year, we have LOWER DRIVER VALUES  and you will now have 4 FREE TRADES.  Driver values will not change during the course of the season.  When making a driver trade, your salary cannot exceed $8,000.  The deadline for trades is midnight before each race.

 - Points will be awarded according to the NASCAR® points system.  You will accrue the points your drivers gain for each race.  Any changes in the points will affect our league, except for the final 10 race shootout adjustment.  The winners will be based on the entries with the highest accumulative points at the seasons end.  Any ties will be resolved by: 1) Wins 2) Top 5’s 3) Top 10’s 4) Points for last race.

1^st – $750.                     5th– $100.00

2^nd – $400.00                 6^th through 10^th – $50 each

3^rd – $200.00                 11^th through 20^th – $30 each

4^th – $150.00

- $30 prize for the weekly top scorer for each points race.

- $30 Early Bird prize for entries received by Feb 6^th.
*If we receive less than a break-even amount of entries, we will post a revised prize schedule on the website.

**As always, a handsome percentage of the proceeds for this league will be donated to the Dodge House, a transitional center for homeless veterans, located in Rutland, VT.  Thank you for your support.
